Look in your menu bar and you might see a flag (english or american) there. Click on it and scroll down to the Korean flag, if there is one.
Otherwise open your System Preferences, click on International, then click on Input Menu, then find Korean in that list and make sure it's checked. You should then be able to switch languages in the menu bar flag icon thingy.
