여기 상세한 설명이 있습니다. 영어라서 죄송합니다. 영어 자체는 어려운 게 아닌데, 그 방법이 만만치 않네요. 읽어 보면, 그냥은 절대 빼낼 수 없다는 걸 알 수 있습니다. 만약 너무 어려우면 수리점에 들고 가는 게 현명합니다.

I removed one for someone last week. Tip the iMac upside down on something
soft. Prise of the cover over the video connector, then remove the outer 2
of the 4 screws. Then remove the 2 screws towards the iMacs front. Remove
the plastic base. Remove around 6 screws holding the perforated metal cover.
A magnetised screw driver helps to stop them falling inside the iMac. Pull
away the cover. You will then see the hard disk and DVD mounted in a metal
bracket. 4 screws removes this, then pull away the ribbon cable and drive
power connector. Remove the drive assy. You can then remove the DVD via
removing 4 screws, 2 on each side. When out you next need a *very* fine pozi
headed driver. Remove, if I remember right, one small screw to the side of
the DVD, then a screw or screws holding the interface connector PCB. You can
then gently prize the cover off the DVD and remove the credit card type mini
CD. When open you'll see why you can't shake or remove by any other method.
When a CD is inserted in the slot it pushes apart nylon/plastic levers on
each side of the slot. These activate switch contacts that pull the CD into
the drive via wide motor driven rubber rollers. These rollers would then
block access to the drive when you tried to remove the CD. Reassemble in
reverse order. If you don't feel like doing the job yourself it will take a
dealer around 45 minutes max. This problem is becoming more common, I
suspect your dealer has already seen this problem and is quite proficient in
removing these junk CD's.
